Forget all the Echo and Dolmar/Makita rubbish. Spares are hard to come by and expensive being jap. A Stihl MS391 20" is a lovely saw. Good power to weight ratio, 2 years warranty!!

 

How much do you guys up there charge for a plastic chassis homeowner saw like an MS391?

What utter rubbish, spares are readily available on the Internet. ......oh sorry your brain washed into not being able to use it.....silly me!

Think this finally proves that this guy is a wind up merchant. Trying to wind up TCD and the others who offer great advice on some of the less mainstream brands. Can he not just go away or at least change his name to remove Scotland from it. Makes everyone think us Scots are a bunch of *****.

have to say never found echo parts hard to get hold of but them my echo saw has never needed parts apart from a bar and chain. and have forest and arb good for parts for echo products as main stockist.

makita will not comment as do not have one but for there industrial stuff easy to get.
