I have no doubt that those grinders are very effective but I can honestly see 95% of employees rolling them within 20 minutes.
I hope I’m wrong but the Carlton with the same track configuration was dodgy and had much smaller overhangs than this Bandit.
Sorry to poo-poo and I’m not criticising. I’m actually a huge Bandit fan.

The stability was a concern, but then, Vermeer, Rayco and Carlton all make similar looking machines without problem? Then the Vermeer 272 I’ve been using is simmilar width and never rolled, plus stumps to be ground tend to be in nicer access places-lawns, not like the places the tracked chipper needs to go. Rarely do you need to travel on a side slope, just take it straight up/down instead.

And then the £:hp ratio was too tempting!

how are people finding the length of these? I often go down the side of the house and hit 90 degrees corners. the main thing that puts me off is the length.

Currently have a predator 460 so like to compare the 2.

Anyone got a ZT around Berkshire i can come have a look at?

Cheers

Hi Jose, there will be machine in Wokingham at some point next week on demo which is about Six miles from you, this is our first demo machine since release last year. We are currently selling Three per week, they have taken over from the HB20N which has always been our best seller. The downside with narrow track machines is the length and/height of the machines but everything has to go somewhere, they are 7’8” long.

We also offer the Jo Beau B31-110 which folds up short & is the same width but £5K more.

wokingham is 10 mins away. If its alright let me know a address , date and time and ill come along as long as the other guy is ok with it.

Or else i may be able to source a stump in the outskirts of wokingham ( friend has a farm there).

They look good for sure, just the length id like to look at.

u can email me the details and ill give u a shout. not looked at the other machine at all. I will do some googling!

Cheers

Dean
