How fit should you be ??

How fit should I be? A lot fitter. I struggle to manage three days a week, around five hours a day. Some weeks I do manage four days, but pay for it. When I was fit, there wasn't a lot I couldn't do, but age has beaten me into submission. I do enough to pay the bills, and am happy with that.

As much as this thread is interesting - it's also an invite to bragging rights on "who's the man!"

 

My take:

 

If you can hack it - you're fit enough.

 

If you can't, man up - and if it still hurts after a while, look elsewhere for a living.

 

I say as I find, without the drama.
