Haunch of Venison with a few chunks of Garlic pushed into small cuts,along with bits of cracked pepper.Roasted in a covered tray for a few hours.

 

Served with freshly baked bread and a robust Red Wine.

A full clove of garlic (slow roasted infront of the open fire), blue stilton with a light application of black pepper. All on a buttered cracker :001_tt1::001_tt1:

 

 

Does it get any better?
