I owned a Navara Aventura for over 4 years. Nothing went wrong with it except a new clutch at 60k (towing a trailer etc so not bad).... Live high up and it was brilliant in the snow with its General Grabber tyres (not starting a tyre debate). It went in fields, towed a trailer and a chipper and then drove between Manchester and Preston in comfort on the motorway.... Have driven L200, Hilux and Ranger and found the Navara to be the most comfortable with the most spec....(I kind of liked it, can you tell)...

Yes I can tell! I have found that other trucks, not sure about the l200 but certainly the Hilux/ranger are still very basic inside. No SatNav/heated seats etc etc, whereas the Navara comes with it all as standard. I have also found that the competition looks very basic (interior wise).

I have a D40 Tekna Connect. Been a great truck, done 39k in 3 and a bit years.

Only problems I have had have been foxes chewing threw the ABS sensor cable (3 times).

I am not as long as you but at 6'4" it is plenty comfy for me and no bother with two kid seat in the back for long journey's.

A mates got an Adventura 08 plate never worked used as a car but done 113k miles only selling as he getting a company truck. Can get it half the price of a. 59 plate tekna with 70,000

Should I be put off by the mileage? I only do abt. 8,000 miles year.

When i was looking for one, i looked everywhere. I regularly saw them over 150,000 miles and looked in good condition too
