Ok anyone else do Arb work for the local church ? The question is do you

1 charge full rate for the works

2 formulate a discounted rate

3 do it for free 😱

 

What would you do for the man above !

1- I charge normal rate..I certainly wouldn't do it for free, running a business not a charity.

The church is a major land owner and despite pleading poverty they have got money.

 

The parish is worse off than the diocese but they aren't skint.

 

If you feel morally obliged do as your faith tells you otherwise they are a business like any other

as said i do grass cutting for churchyards and cemetarys and charge a normal rate. only thing i do is keep the graves of millatary service personel. spick and span but then rest get as good a service.

but not short of a bob or two

There are those with more faith than you or I and for them dropping in the plate is a way of life. I lost a church job to a bloke who did it for faith, probably thought it would get him a ticket to the pearly gates.
