Have a look at the Trallnore. They seem quite light but in use has stood up to all asked of it. Use it for logs chip and mucking out. Large rocks and breeze blocks would probably dent it.

Good barrow, second only to the Dutch made "Fort smb 100" which is virtually indestructible. Saw a demo where they put one on it's side, then pushed down on the side with a 1.5T digger until the digger was on one track.

Fort is owned by some French company now, that also own belle and thus they don't sell them here. The UK market version is orange, for Belle.

+1 for Haemmerlin galvanised, think I paid 45 quid for the last one in BnQ, good and stong for most applications.

Reminds me, I need to buy another new one as the other one is giving up, that's been going 6 years.

I think Travis Perkins stock a brand called "4trade", similar to the hammerlin ones but not as fancy, think they might be made by the same folk just different name so a bit cheaper possibly. I picked one up surplus from a builder mate of mine and its a tough old thing

Still quicker to chuck logs down the embankment though! ;)
