Nice customer mate!!!

You did the right thing though in my opinion; it was a hassle, she was stuck up her own proverbial, but she was also the customer, who i reckon should always believe they are right!!

Was she nice? :001_tt1:

Er, No!!! Guessing in her seventies and not exactly with-it! Husband was well and truly under the thumb. Even her voice had that sick ring to it. Must have got out of bed the wrong side because I didn't find it funny until now; my buddy on the other hand was killing himself and trying not to show it! Personality disorder me thinks; she was stuck in victorian times and spoke like it. Floral wallpaper in the hall, you name it. I was actually beginning to wonder if it was a big wind-up, Jeremy Beadle style... Funny, she was putting on all her airs and graces yet in the drive was a newish vectra and a Austin Meastro; the latter was hers!

You got paid mate, and on the same day you did the job.

She does sound totally barking, but I'd rather have ten of her than one 'sane' customer who has 'lost' their cheque book!

We'd be bored if they were all the same!

Fair play for keeping your cool.
