We had a guy call at the house Sunday night at quarter to eight asking if we needed a window cleaner. It was pitch black outside somehow he thought he could give me a price to clean the windows got me a bit narked.

Noticed he had no ladders on his can as he sped off.

They do not use ladders round here anymore, just two miles of yellow hose and a long wobbly brush:biggrin:

 

Yours does sound a bit suss though, might be worth informing the local boys in blue.

I window cleaned for a while, nobody responds to canvassing off a leaflet or card, but lots do to a knock at the door. He was probably just going at a time when most people are in.
