1. I'm in my second pair. Both cracked at the heel and split right above the plastic where it meets the grey suede. 1st replaced by guarantee. Second pair arbortec not been back in touch.
2. It would have been perfect for me. And looked tidy. Tried to get a tel number off them and arrange a visit from a mate in Kirkcaldy. But no answer to correspondence :-/
3. Thought it too good to be true. Cheers anyway.
4. Anyone near Dundee can take a look at a chipper for me? Don't really wanna buy blind off eBay.
5. Wanting my first chipper. Just wondering what's out there at the moment that's not p*k*y!
6. It's hard and softwood so I'd probably stay with 7. Would go 8 for 15"bar but 18" would be better for me. Thanks for info re worm drive. Hadn't thought of that.
7.

Hi rob. Wanting to go to 3/8 drive on my 560xpg. Prob 18" sugihara lite pro bar( or normal pro bar) but with changeable nose, would need 3/8 sprocket and at least two chains too. Do you have that available? And how much?

Cheers

8. Thinking of going 3/8 finally. What do I need to buy. Prob 18". I know sprocket, bar and chain lol. Just what are specifics. Thinking of trying sugihara as my husky bar just can't cut the mustard!!
9. My puppy Skye. In the come of shame for having too many ear scratches!
10. Most of it has been sorted today. Garden shed has been heavily reinforced :-) and have a metal tool store been fabricated...
11. It could be worse, all my saws were in the truck! Apparently they hit 4 sites along a 10mile stretch in one night.
12. My stihl blower br600 magnum was stolen 1:30am 22nd feb (this morning) from my shed in over Kellet, Carnforth. Neighbours dog barked and security light went on and my shed door was open but they didn't think to call me and was scared to go out. Has repair to trigger handle and broken orange bit in grill near exhaust exit. Also two top straps had worn through. Scum bags.
13. Buying the app stops it Sorry had to be said. I like the app. It works well and supports the site.
14. Should coppice up nice. Have short pollarded before with success.
15. 11.45 ton. With plenty room left for more
16. Don't think it's an air leak. All good on the plug colour side of things. I'll check the throttle linkage next time I have a minute. Used it today to cut a 30" stump really really low in a garden. And knackered the chain up so need to give it a little tlc!
17. I took both of the rear handle cover parts off both sides but couldn't see how a spring would fit? Does the fuel tank nee to be split?
18. Just been given this saw with a 24"bar. Wouldn't run. Fresh fuel. A clean air fuel filter and a new spark plug and it fires and goes like the clappers at full throttle. Cuts great too. There's no spring in the safety throttle lock so it's quite dangerous at the moment. Anyone changed these in this saw? Also it is a killer to start. Compression on the pull kills my fingers with my bling on (joke) and I'm not a weak puller. It's the reason the chap gave me it, couldn't get it to pull over. Is this the norm? It also won't return to tickover. By itself. Sits quite high in the revs after throttle is released. I know it sounds like a munter, but it cuts and revs so sweetly, want it in as good a condition as I can get it as a back up.
19. Thought of that but trailer gets put round back of house and car is used for other stuff too like my wife getting to work. Needs to be kept smart. A truck looks a bit more professional and is getting really necessary with all the work I do.
20. I'm in over Kellet near lancaster, NW
21. 2001 ish diesel pick up wanted for work. Looking to spend about £1500 for a first truck. Is there anything out there? Have been using car and trailer but where I live I'd get awesome advertising if a truck was sign written up.
22. Yep defo like to use and abuse twitter. @wood4thetreesNW
