In which case ur pretty limited!

copy contacts to your sim card. Then using a card reader transfer to the new sim and then import.

Your phone shop should be able to do this for you.

 

Iphone uses a mini sim so you cant use old sim to transfer to new phone.

 

Other option is to "borrow" a friends smart phone and download a contact app that is cross platform, ie android and back up to the apps server and restore to your iphone.

 

Will need to be a good friend tho as you might need to wipe their phone blank and start from scratch to have your account. These apps are free btw.
