Greenmech are really good machines but full of complicated electronics and hard to get to parts and when they go wrong you'll spend forever trying to get hold of the parts

Really. Didn't have much trouble getting new rollers.

And not a roller bearing either, there was an issue but that was because of the dealer, nothing to do with mech, they actually sent one out before the dealer did after the fiasco.....

If I'm honest I do like a tw , there great for small jobs and general tree work but come on I mean compared to the market leaders there pants , the spout on a tw is made from the same metal as tuna tins , where as a Schliesing or a bandit is made from real steel

I've not known a problem with electronics yet and parts availability was good before they insisted on using a local dealer, in my case they're pants. They are pretty good about telling you where to get standard items rather than going for dealer supplied parts, worst repeated parts to break are the safety bar and palm switches, oh and tracks that part after many years use in embarrassing places.

I never get how people can compare TW to Scheisling?

Scheisling are a much better machine. They are also more than twice the price.

You often find the people banging on about how great they are won't be the person putting their hand in their pocket to buy the machine.

Changing blades after two days? Why not if they've chipped that much conny.

£15 well spent in that situation IMO.

Yep, and also not built to fit in the 750kg bracket either.

pointless comparison to make

There is always a reason for and against every chipper , I personally think that if your using a chipper every day you need the machine that's built to last , not needing blades changed every other day or the flywheel Bering changed before its done 1000 hours , a b and q chainsaw cuts wood great but I wouldn't like to make a living with one
