The first one is bog standard, money paid and accepted, order email confirms this.

They have not delivered the goods so there is a case there. PayPal are really good at this stuff and they will sort it for you quick. Hopefully, if they don't get hold of seller they will refund from themselves and then take legal action to recover there losses.

I had this when I sold something on eBay and the buyer opened a case, I had lost internet for about two weeks so didn't get any emails. They called me in the end and I paid them over the phone but it did cost me extra.

The item was sent and the delivery company messed up and it arrived broken by the way.

Very funny....:001_tt2::lol::lol:

And it was nothing saw related.

All I can say is be careful who you order from in future. Theres some reputable firms advertise on Arbtalk...go with one of them, or someone else with a good reputation.

What he said. There are loads on here. Can't go wrong with any of them. :thumbup1:

It's really sad when a firm turns like this. A simple bit of contact goes a long way.

I'm in the process of this at the moment. GTR has had to close for reasons I'm not going to disclose on an open forum (hence the name change)

I am still able to repair saws but only as myself under self employed work. As a firm I'm not doing it. All the big firms I had are aware and I have let them know the companies that I trust for repairs if they are no longer able to use me.

GTR has gone but I am still trading as a subby. Just no company.

I think I may boot the member in question, this isn't the first time I have heard of similar incidents as this.

I'm sure you won't Steve. But if you need any muscle with this, contact Mendiplogs.

He's only gone and done it. I had the guy do 2 days with me. Hid in the van when it rained. Disappeared to macdonalds the second day without even telling me. (wasn't doing arb stuff) never spoke to the guy again.
