Don't forget, Joe public are thick.

 

If that had hit her on the head it could have killed her or at least put her in a wheel chair for the rest of her life.

 

Having had a visit from HSE in the past, it is amazing how a few very simple thing can prevented days in court.

 

A few cones and a bit of tape, if she had crossed that then it would have been a shorter day in court.
