I am on the hunt for a replacement for our 1987 3CX, but i am not sure what to get, another backhoe or a loader and track machine as i love the ability to have a duel use machine as most of our work is either reaching over fences cleaning ditches or lane maintenance

i like 3cx as you can go so easy from a to b on the farm. but you don't have the slew get on a rubber duck or track machine,

Quote: I was doing too much thinking so jumped in both feet.

I like your thinking. I think things through far to much and for tool long, mind wrestle with myself then end up taking cold feet and putting my self off.

Cracking machine, i like the zero swing. Thought about it for mine at the time but came down to the lack of extra pounds.

Check this one out..

Kubota Kubota KX57-4 L Huge spec, engcon, forestry spec - - Mini excavators < 7t (Mini diggers), Year of manufacture: 2011 - Mascus UK

Thats what I would have if money were no object, would go nicely on the trailer behind the valtra.

Now that is a very interesting machine. It ticks nearly all the boxes for me.

Couldn't resist a phone call. 55k plus delivery. said it was 70k worth of machine? probably is.
