My bar has not been oiled since day one.

The oiler works perfectly, the bar is clean, i assume the hole lines up but no oil travels along the bar.

 

It's as if the hole doesn't line up because oil does leak out around the bar.

 

I've had the bar off so many times to clean it I'm fed up.

 

Any suggestions?

picked up my new t540 and first impressions im impressed the power is great still its a bit tight needs few tanks through it but overall good no propblems with the saw seems to be running fine oil to the chain is good and it starts thats all i need one question tho did you guys get the flip fuel caps cos on mine i dont have them my dealer said the new t540 dont come with them anymore hmmm

I still can't get the damn oil to travel along the bar!

I'm despairing. On the plus side, I'm saving oil.

 

Could you post a couple of photos showing the bar and the saw apart, then on with no side casing, on with side casing?
