I like my stove going as much as the next bloke but at current prices £400 would fill my oil tank with change and heat the house/provide hot water (no showers) for a year. Not a cat in hell's chance I'd pay £400 for that.

I would go for £200-£250 but it is hard to gauge the exact amount from a few pics. That would be well above the usual delivered in rates of £50-£60 per tonne but that's based on 18-28 tonne loads. Got to cost more per tonne to deliver small loads. Sure someone more experienced will post up some numbers.
