When you get home put a big brew on. Get some 2l soft drink bottles. fill em with near boiling water. lay trousers out on the floor (you can do this inside or in a dry garage or on a covered deck etc outside) and stick the bottles in the pants. Leave em for a few hours, then refill bottles before going to bed.

Trousers will be good by morning.

Now combine that idea with a warm cupboard and a dehumifier and they's be dry by morning.

I'd go with the wash and spin dry first though.

Wash em an hang em over a door over night. Mine are class 2 trousers and are proper thick and I have no trouble with them drying over night after washing them :)

I made a drying locker for my kit.

Roller front locker with one of those oil filled radiators inside. Clothes hang above the rad and boots go under. works lovely, but a spin cycle first really helps.

Plus I love the feeling of putting on gear that's all lovely and warm in the morning.
