I only climb occasionally but I do go through some food! 4 slices of toast for brekkie or large bowl of porridge then bananas on way to work-2 of those Tesco pasta things for dinner plus more bananas maybe a bit of choc then early dinner before going gym. Then usually cereal before bed. Not sure how many calories tho..

Pure carbs and sugar for your diet then? I stick to fish meat veg fruit nuts etc, caveman! (Actually the Paleo was of life is the way im trying to go....) :thumbup1:

Eat when you're hungry.

Yep, wholesome foods, not reformed 'meat' pumped full of preservatives and flavour enhancers. Just like drinking when thirsty, sleeping when tired and going to the loo when nature calls. It's instinctive, not calorie-rocket science!

Eat when you're hungry.

Often thirst is often mistaken for hunger, if your tying to watch your weight its a good idea to try a drink before eating :thumbup1:

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
