The VW campers are Danbury and manufactured in Brazil, the Indian bike firm is Enfield India and are their version of the Royal Enfield...is the Bullet I think:thumbup:

 

Yea as yet they only make the 350 Bullet single . I used to have a 700 twin Constellation . :001_smile:

The sad thing is that this has now sold despite me informing ebay that it was a fake.

Ebay make very little effort to protect buyers.

As they say, buyer beware!

 

Understand what you are saying but when does it become a fake ? E.G. some modern companys buy up all the old tooling for something that has been out of production for , say 20 years . Ship it out to say, India or somewhere and go into production . The product is identical in every way but not made in the original location or even country but made with the original tooling . Is that a fake ? It is possible to make a spitfire mk IV from original tooling with a Merlin engine ( not cost affective but possible ) but it will never have seen service in the battle of Britain ........Is it still a Spitfire ?

As long as it isn't advertised as a Mitchell's mark IV spitfire
