can only hoe that the courts hand out a seizure of assets and they have some will go some way if digger and trailer not recovered to help buy new

 

Four lads have been found guilty and the sentence is 200 hrs community service and £1100. cost's. That will not even cover the cost of replacing the trailer. The judge should be horse whipped in public.

Sad,but to be honest did you expect a harsher sentence? I,m quite surprised they wernt sent on a 2weeks all inclusive:thumbdown:

Ah man I'm so sorry! It's no wonder these parasites have the front to do such a thing in broad daylight without fear, because there is no deterrent. And even if they do get a prison sentence, prison is no deterrent it's a chuffing holiday camp!!! Really gets my back up...
