Customer hangs up the phone!

Monday = office day.

 

phone rings

 

me "Hello"

 

Customer. "Hi, I've got a tree needs cutting down, do you work saturdays?"

 

"Erm, yes, sometimes if necessary. Why does it need doing on saturday."

 

"Cos theres no one here then."

 

"Why is that important, is there......" ...customer hangs up!! I was going to ask if it was because of parking problems but didn't even get that far!

 

He sounded weird right from the start!

i had a women ring me today she told me what she wanted doing a apple tree and some other tree's reducing. she asked me how much i charge per hour and i said we price every tree as how long it will take. Then she was going on about the last guy that done the trees worked on his own, i said we normally work in a team of two but sumthimes work in a team of three. I asked her if i could have her adress and he said she would talk to her husband she was a right wierdo.

Ha ha yep had some strange callers. Get alot of old ladies expecting me to work for 8 pound an hour like there gardeners you can imagine the polite response that gets.
