Anyone here use e-cig or another form of electric cigarette?

Have been on and off of smoking for a while now and have been using a disposable electric cigarette from tesco and it's okay but doesn't always satisfy. Just wondered if anyone here uses any electric cigarette and does it work for them? If so what are you using?

One of the boys at work has just upgraded to a fancy £40 one after using a cheap one for several months, he gets on well with them and now reckons he prefers it to a proper fag.

 

I've had a few blasts on it and can see how it stops you craving, almost made me want to start again.

iTaste vv.....has variable voltage to adapt the hit and you can put whatever e liquid in you want.... haven't tried any of the other fancy ones but this ticks all the boxes and I can't find fault with it apart from it looks a bit silly in public.

 

You know that you can also refill the disposable tips by taking the white cap of the end.

Boy that works with me has been on some state of the art one for a couple of weeks . I think he paid about £60 for it , been getting coffee flavour and cherry this week ! Smells better than his usual fags and seems to work for him .

Know a few people with these new fancy looking things that give off a vapour? Smelling it indoors is unpleasant imo but they seem to be all the rage...

I found patches and the niquitin minis, every time I had a bad craving did it for me haven't smoke for 3 and half years.

I've got an eGo-U battery with a mini nova top bit. The nova is the best top bit I've had and doesn't leak in your pocket! Not had a fag since Feb so alls good. It cost me about £14 to buy, and around £5 a week on juice.

Never used one myself but a lot of mates do. Been told that you get what you pay for. They don't rate the cheaper ones think they paid about £60

I'm sure they'll find something bad sooner or later, just like they do with everything. In the mean time though, you're only getting one bad thing instead of 3000 like in a fag. They're none cancerous and have no passive effect. Nicotine is no worse than coffee, it's just a stimulant. It was getting it through tobacco that was the killer. As a way if stopping smoking I think they're excellent 😀
