Am the same Pete. Having to struggle through. Are you wearing cotton tshirts? find the tech fabrics can help. Plenty of breaks helps, can make jobs longer but sickness through heat stroke etc will also do this. If it is possible rotating climbers over a couple of days so you can wear type a, have an easier day is an idea.

stay indoors!! Wearing type c might compromise hs policy, due to risk of heat fatigue.

 

If forced to work on hot days, if possible start at 5am and finish at lunch before max daytime temp around 3pm.:thumbup1:

 

Starting up your saws at 5am will attract some compliments!
