I've modded my 201t, and 660 and widened the exit on 346xp

It's just a cheap easy little tweak, but don't go mad or you may be needing a new piston 👍

My 201t sounds more like a 200t now

Yes slightly, I haven't drilled the exhaust just lifted the flap up and opened up the exit hole

I've done my 200t now exactly the same as Rich. It's brilliant!! I run a 14inch bar with full chisel chain and it pulls like a beast! The engine actually feels like it's breathing the way it should, it starts better and is far more responsive!

I've ground the depth gauges all the way down on all my saws, must save a bit of weight right?

 

Might get my appendix removed too

The case is plastic but there's that big metal piston and cylinder. That weighs a fair bit so take that out. Put a plastic cranking handle on the side of the sprocket so you can still cut with it
