Stihl fuel can, whats this side for?

i know the other side is for files etc, but whats this open side for?

Reckon that would be for the ordinary funnel one needs with the Stihl cans, as they dribble. Save yourself the hassle and get a Husky Combi Can.

I always thought it was for that little grease pump thing you use for putting red fluid grease into origon/husqvarna bar tips or at least thats what I stick in that holder.

Not wanting to derail but can you still get one of those fillers to fit a jerry can and who might sell them?

iv got a husky one and to be honest im not overly impressed with it, ive used the stihl one and i prefer it over the husky, horses for courses though.

Just buy a standard combi can of jonsie and put sthil spouts on. Stihl cans are no better and cost double.

Agreed. Got a similar non stihl can for around £15, needed a new spout for it yesterday and had to use eBay for a stihl non spill as can't use the online dealers...
