I need a 4x4, this is the problem

Really? (Remember I don't know you business so once again I'm playing devis advocate)

Could you not get you Fuso closer hire another brash rat and if you get into a pickle pull it out with the 4wd?

I was as guilty as the rest in thinking I "needed" a 4wd tipper whereas really I wanted to have one 'cos they looked cool"

Get your diary out for the last 6months and job by job work out where you absolutely had to have one, then work out if it was worth paying the astronomical figures these things fetch?

Ps this is not just for you but for all of us equipment junkies!

The mog i had lined up needed a gear box so the guy took it off sale so plodded on without one

This seems the time to buy a mog as its a buyers market, there are more mogs for sale now than I've seen for ages and set up arb units too.

For the amount of chip you are going to get in a crew cab lux I would say it was hardly worth the effort, what about selling the fuso and buying Stevie blairs 4x4 iveco, that gives you both trucks in one and you can keep the hilux unmolested.

It's difficult to get a truck that can do everything, good luck with your dilemma.

Or buy a mog and keep everything else

Sounds like a plan buy a mog by the time the other half realises you have it from the bills comming in it will either be invaluable or you will be bored with it. Either way new toy to play with.
