:thumbdown: This has genuinely spooked me and knocked my confidence in buying anything mechanical now. I was dangerously close to buying a couple of ART Positioner 2 w/Swivel and a ART Spiderjack 2.1 'Dyneema' the other week, now I'll just stick to prusiks on my main line and lanyard, wire core flip line. I dont think theres been any trouble with any ART gear. i love my spiderjack!

I'm not knocking that brand of climbing equipment, I was just expressing what I was looking to buy previously before my new fear of mechanical climbing devices took effect. :001_smile:
