Im heating my van at the moment with the side loader door open and a fire next to it

All wood I collected from trees right next to me and took 10 mins

I wonder how you would feel if someone decided they wanted to take your "van" because they wanted it.

Perhaps they would go onto a pipe and slippers internet forum and ask whats the quietest pair of slip-ons they could buy so as not to be heard in the dead of night.

Then, after many nights of stalking wait until you were in the pub, or out robbing firewood, and go and help themselves to your van because you weren't attending it.

Seems fair to me, you see vans all over the place dont you?

FC don't let anyone take wood anymore do they?

They used to sell annual scavenger liecenses but then stopped them so the local peasants can't collect wood on the cheap anymore.

H & S used as reason.

No they call companies like ours to collect the timber in a professional manner. Does annoy me when you turn up and the timber has sprouted legs and walked.

If you'd have laid your cards on the table at the start, staying what size the timber was, where it was, maybe asked about legalities of taking FC wood, this forum might have received you a little better and given you some proper advice.

Someone might have some timber they want shifting on a job near to you. If you'd brought the guys down a bacon sandwich they might have sawn it up into logs for you.

A van dwelling thief! It's painting a real bonny picture of you.

I'm sure this is a wind up. One of the regulars under another name just to push everyone's buttons!

Just read start to finish in five minutes, the whole thread. I have to agree it sounds like a wind up. If not its well dodgy and we should be steering well clear.
