  1. Good job! You didn't damage the nice stripey lawn at all
  2. Take the branches to the florist! You might get some money for them!
  3. As I understand it, hedge trimming is best when weather starts to warm up as the cold can damage the cut leaves/needles. A reduction on conifer however is fine this time of year and in the summer as long as it's not really hot/dry and there aren't nesting birds to disturb.
  4. Superb! Can we see a pic when you pop it up again?
  5. maybe it's the kid's saari for sale...? Strange
  6. Wearing chaps for ONE day a year is too many in my opinion. You'll be much more comfortable in some lower price chainsaw trousers.

If your computer is a bit old (as mine is) download flv player (free) to smooth out stuttering when watching clips straight off the memory card. There's an easy to use, free bit of editing software on the gopro website which does the job I think.
  8. Sorted this fallen eucalyptus out today. Was going to quote to remove it before Christmas when it was still standing but the wind did half the job for me Was over 3 gardens, a shed, hung up in two cordylines, a plum and rambling rose. No access, got soaked but lots of tea and Christmas cake!
  9. Absolutely smashed it down in Brighton this morning as soon as I got out the house! Sunny from lunch time supposedly... Brighter from Wednesday onwards they say. Fingers crossed.
  10. I've not received any numbers although I've bought tickets... Help, Steve!
  11. Bump. Also interested in feedback on these!
  12. Sounds great. It's only another year after all :-) All the best for May.
  13. It tastes sooo good. It's quite a lot of work if you do it yourself but I can give you some tips of you want :-)
  14. Thank you :-) was a great night!
