Well my memory is not as good as I seem to remember it used to be :001_huh:,sometimes it works bang on,then I find out I have had a 'blank' on something..:confused1:..maybe its age/knocks to the nut/stress.

Anyone know of some head game or quiz type thing that helps get the sparks flowing, that you can do in your head any time or place when you get those spare times?

They got to be semi fun or I will forget to do them!:001_smile:

I've been noticing this lately, I'm only in my early 30's but I've found myself struggling to remember names, seldom used vocabulary and song titles and artists, all things which a few years ago were instant.....

I think that a daily crossword is said to help. I've downloaded a crossword app for the ipad. I play the words with friends game as well. Any mental activity which forces your brain to access information outside your usual routine keeps the circuits open I believe and helps stave off altzheimer's.....
