Would you all be disappointed if I bought a fastrac?

Our neighbour has a 185 which they use for all their ploughing, spraying, haulage, lasting a remarkably long time for them. I worked for a tractor dealer for a year when i was younger and used to do all the haulage with an 1115, 1135 or 185 and redrock or chieftain lowloader trailers. Horrible steering lock, early gearboxes were 'limited', brakes were good, ride was nice, speed was useful. Didn't feel particularly powerful though. I didn't mind them at all. (Hated the 1115!!!!)

fastracs are fab!! my hubby would sleep in ours given half a chance he loves it to bits, but has driven all sorts, ours pulls 18t timber around out of forest and back to yard no problem , yes other tractors would do the job but the big fastracs for about 15k are brill but spend 80 grand on a big john deere or valtra and it would be just as good, but only the modern big tractors can compete with the older big fastracs go for a big 185/65 f

Very nearly bought one before I bought my Case year before last, but after a ride in my mates Fastrac decided against it, Case my not be as fast but it will out pull the Fastrac on hills, plus the added benefit of the exhaust note from that legendary 5.9 litre Cummins :thumbup1:
