Looking to source a supplier for three sheets of the above cut to size & delivered to line out front & sides of our Ifor chipping trailer.

 

 

Appreciate any leads/pics of yours (cos we like pics :biggrin:)

Hi David,

I just ground the mesh off, then cut the plate to the frame size and speed bolted them.

The roof frame lifts off. The side disassembles as normal.

chip sticks to chequer plating, the Plastic would be a good option IMO, or marine ply

 

Hi Tony,

been using the trailer a year now and not had a problem, compacting occurs if left in but has not stuck to sides

Can honestly say other than dust sticking when wet, never struggled with any chip...... don't know if tipping height/volume/type of chip (bandit 150) plays a part.
