Just been on the news that eating processed meats, sausages bacon etc increase your chances of heart failure,cancer blah blah tenfold and you should restirct yourselves to 1 rash of bacon per day!

does that mean my fry up on a sunday only once a week, then i can save up my rashers of bacon and have 7 on a sunday :001_tt2:

You do know what expert means?

 

Ex as in past it and spert as in drip under pressure. :001_tongue::lol:

 

Sadly they might right about processed meats. :thumbdown:

When I first saw the news I was gutted, but then when they said one rasher per day was OK, I thought "who has more that 7 rashers per week!!!!!"

 

Surely most people know its not the best food and consume it in moderation.

Are they saying Bacon is processed meat. Any way eat healthy take up jogging and got ran over by a bus.

Next week they'll be saying its good for you, these "experts" have to do something to justify their existence. :001_rolleyes:
