Samsons stable braid is a good product ;

As are the trio of Yale lines. Double esterlron & portland braid are both good working lines

- Polydyne is a different kind of cordage

- it stretches more dissipating energy, however I'd not want to winch a big piece up with it on the GRCS for the same property

Hmm pretty sure we have been using polydyne it's what I asked for, I'll have to double check now you've given me reason to doubt.
