Hey, We are all Immature, but maybe the word you wanted was "Juvenile" acording to the nature books anyway.

 

From my little birding experience.

 

Juvenile bird: a young fledged bird.

 

Immature bird: older but not quite fully grown.

 

Had to look that one up and then realised you were in Michigan :biggrin:

yep topped up the feeder today, been going through a lot this winter, poor little things are having a tough time this year

 

HI TONY yes out to day with food for the birds this weather going on to the end of march mate jon :thumbup:
