Did get a panning when launched and struggled to get military approval due to some weird braking issue - just what I read but suggest you research...

 

There is an owners club I think too...

 

I looked at getting one to replace our landy tipper but got scared off.

Good bus, built as a gun tractor the brakes probelm was more of an engine and squaddies boot issue, perkins phaser engine made them quick quickety quick.

 

Limited slip diff in the back lockable central diff high and low transfer box, PTO's and winches available.

 

Front axles are rare so dont bend it or let the swivels rust.

 

Its a 5 tonner so it will need to be on an "O" licence

 

Cabs and door bottoms are prone to rot but with a spanker like that it would be simple to get some protecion on now.
