what bill hook do you use

Elwell 4lb side axe and I brought myself a new Morris devon pattern billhook from toolnut.co.uk which has done surprisingly well

Chopper H go and see clive at woking old tools no not on comission he is good. he has some very good old bills try one of his you will notice difference to your morris. say no more let me know if you get one and how you get on with his hooks

Got a couple of bulldog yorkshire bills but hardly use them, also go an old spear and jackson welsh style which gets used if I need a billhook, but for hedgelaying I have used a brazillian made machete for years as can keep it in a belt sheath and is always to hand when needed
