Is this a dodgy tree

as i know nothing about trees etc this tree has what i think has pushed the fence out now and where the fork is it looks very erm" rotten/starting to rupture etc the bark has got marking on it as though its ready to explode with the weight like i said i know nothing about trees but worried it could let go anytime and block the road etc or am i worrying about nothing etc the tree is on google earth but the picture on there is old/dated etc its a lot worse now >> simms avenue st helens sorry dont know how to set a link up of the picture up its at the top end on the right side green railings

Its hard to say from the best of pictures and thats not the best of pictures

 

Suffice to say its a scaby poplar with a large co dominant, if you were in charge of the tree stock its the kind of thing you would (should) take a long hard look at

Is it just me or do the pops look like seriously overdue pollard heads? They are all growing multiple stems from roughly the same height.

thats the one but the picture is old its pushed the fence out now and looks a bit forlorn these days as though its ready to explode with the load on it i would,nt like it on my car roof etc looks dodgy nowerdays

Maybe the root plate is loosing grip and its only the fence holding it up ?? Needs investigating I would say .
