£20 to stack,at which point we usually get alot of teeth sucking noises and get sent on our way, which I don't mind as it would be the best part of an hour lost whatever the situation, some people are still keen though

No don't stack but then usually get roped into it, such as being elderly, disabled etc so feel sorry but am finding that's most of the population now and i must be a soft touch!

Lady expected it the other day; said I didn't have time; she said stuff yer logs.

BARRY AYRES - Home

I do the same, no problem for anyone who looks frail etc, but love the days its all chucked off! Have days (today) when I feel like saying 'your'e a healthy looking bloke, do it your self', like tonight when a blizzard hits as I arrive and the customer (young and healthy looking) says "oo its a bit cold out here, there's the wood shed, just give us a shout when you're finished!' and runs back indoors leaving me to unload!

I did it once it did not give me a warm fuzzy feeling to see the 30 something reclined in his armchair beer can in hand watching the tv in the warm  so I did not do it again. I also sussed out the log store every year would get further away from the drive to a more visually pleasing but ball aching location. My log sales are slow at the moment perhaps its my customer service
