I went to sample a new chipper today and it was bright yellow!

The engine didn't die and the revs stayed strong throughout, the infeed was pants only taking a branch as big as my thumb thick at a time - not liking the greenery, H&S was missing lol and the projection just about made it two feet into the back of the truck.

For all the stuff I chipped I cleared up about 70% off the floor.

Shame, no sale today :(

I too today have had an email from Europe warning me of the influx of chippers from Poland, the chippers are now registered for the UK but are already causing problems in places like Russia. Low budget, poor quality were the best comments, be careful before parting with hard earned cash.:001_rolleyes:

It is chinese go on alibaba.com its full of that model. It's a lambardini clone engine with exactly what steve said an old wood pecker snotted on the back!!! If you treated it as a 4"or5" machine it would be half capable but not at that money!!! We have a old pto woodpecker and it chips brash but we only paid £1200 for it new about 10yrs since and don't expect much from it!! If it let go tomorrow we would weigh it in without a seconds thought about it as it's paid for itself many times over!!
