Hi all,

I've seen in the press over the last few days that the so called experts are saying we could be in for the worst winter in 100 years !

I know that these sort of stories are around every year but today an old boy told me that this years wet weather is very similar to the summer of 1946 and the winter that followed that was one of the worst in living memory.

Could history repeat itself ?
