My First Arb Truck - On a Budget!

Evening All,

 

I have been a bit of a "lurker" on Arbtalk since I joined. It has been a great source of information for me since I set out to become involved in the Arb industry, and for that I thank you all.

 

To that end I am very close to my pending redundancy date - and full time Arb!

 

So I thought I would share some pics of my new(ish) truck. As with most people, I have researched in detail different types of trucks and set ups. I ended up settling for an Iveco 35 - having nearly gone down the "O" license route - maybe in the future!

 

Attached (hopefully) are some photos of the truck the day I bought her. Its an ex Cambs Council truck - so hasnt done much work!

 

I decided to try and set it up myself - with some help from my friends........

Nice little truck that mate.

 

Tool lockers are a must, there are some good threads on here about building them in.

 

Rupe and James (Testcricket) have both incorporated good storage solutions into their single cabs.

Managed to source a tool box, thanks to Peter:thumbup:.

 

Getting it off the Transit was another matter! (thanks Paul!)

The day after I bought the truck tool box was loaded on (Cheers Pete) and off she went to Rory to work his magic!
