Its been giving that message since i last updated the app plug in...but no features are missing so I haven't been overly worried about it. Are you putting the right password in?

 

I had initially forgotten my password but reset it and was able to log in again, that was earlier on today. I have managed to log back in again now

I have no idea yet. The server techicians have been working on this all day, have had numerous automated emails from them all day which mean next to nothing to me :biggrin:

 

I was having trouble accessing pages on the BBC earlier.... started to wonder if there's a virus hitting servers.

I can't check to see why this is happening as I'm using a newer version of the app. Can anyone else tell me if this is happening with them please?

 

 

I've had this for ages for some reason. I'm using the app on the iPad I just assumed it was me that had this problem
