Well I saw it yesterday and to honest I was very disappointed, I thought the plot was very poor and the whole thing was more like an American movie, such as independence day.

Its very sentimental and I know that you have to suspend you disbelief when at the cinema, but this takes it to far, it also reminded me at times of the A team.

I'm with you there, After the first action sequence I was waiting for the next big blow it all up action, and all we got was a CGI tube train and blowing up a house in the middle of Scotland, and Javier wasn't bad enough, bring on No country for old men.

It's liked the producers went bust or something and didn't have enough money left over from their advertising budget. When you see so much advertising you kind of get an inkling that something ain't right!

Casino Royale, now that kicked it.

From the other side of the Pond Kim/I were able to see Skyfall last night. We did enjoy the movie, even thought Kim felt it was a bit slow in the beginning?. In any event both of our families have medical back grounds with Kim being an RN and my mom an LPN.

Anyway Kim and I were amazed how the Sub clavicle scar from the first shot taken at 007 by the bad guy who had a rather different type composition round from his weapon started in Right side and than later same scar moved over to right side. later still in the movie moved back again to the right side?. Not sure if any one else caught this but we thought it funny. Otherwise a good movie.

After reading your first post on the topic I thought I had better take Mrs. Gnome out to see for myself.

I now understand why you were so chuffed at this film. In my opinion the best Bond film, had a bit of everything you expect and more. Even made me feel proud to be British and i'm from Jockland. wasn't sure about the new Q, we looked at each other with raised eyebrows but were soon grinning. Gun and a Radio superb. Clever casting as well.

So Mr. Fox we all know James Bond will return but what film will be next from you? hope it's not the bloody Hobbit.:beerchug:

Glad it wasn't just me after hearing all the hype i thought it was naff. Definatly no enough women init and can't even remember who the bond bird was she was hardly there. More of a film about old Judy. The adverts before where ridiculous and all the product placement was pretty bad.
