Massive Elm today really hollow but felt sound cause of the huge buttresses.

Hopefully going to get the Dutch chap fro the Arb show to have a look at saving the one in the last photo.

Can't be many left like that.

Really wish I had got Joe to just come and fell this for me. Another day spent slicing and dicing wth the 880. Made myself a nice little staircase to make things easier

Not really a job as it's in our back garden but I'm taking the trunk down to the bottom and just leaving the back one. This tree had four separate trunks and was overhanging next door either side, we don't know when it grew so big. My missus is the groundie on this job, she's going up the next one. :thumbup:
