Cheers David. I tend to lead clients down this route personally as I see a tree as an asset. I run on the theory it's better to let the tree grow up naturally and then focus on managing areas of conflict or just the rouge ends that stick out from the main crown. Absolutely a PITA to climb to don't get me wrong.
