Cheers guys, I'd been taking great pleasure in splashing the lads on the ground all day, luckily the guy in the boat decided against leaving me stranded 15' away from the bank!

This Mornings job. Deadwood a large silver birch tree, slight thin to tidy and cut back over roof of cabin to give a 2m clearance. We also installed a 4t cobra system to add support after and old steel cable brace was cut.

Fiddly 1.5m oak reduction from yesterday, wasn't particularly enjoyable

Tricky lime dismantle with phone cables everywhere. Not much of a drop zone but at least it was a sunny day 👍

A quick triple beech removal. Great access for the skid steer so getting timber out was a breeze. Then we went to the yard and let the apprentices practice using a big saw on some wood.
