There is never a good moment for your main chipper to 'tombe en panne' as we say here.
Luckily, both my regular climbers own a CS100 and so Good Friday saw 15 Lombardy poplars put through Jerome Ferre's machine.
An opportunity to measure the real time 'rendement' or productivity of the famous wee chippette.
6m cube per hour, 2 guys feeding. Pretty intense work and the 15m cube total produced will all be used by the client as mulch.
I must admit, this morning I saw what was before me and thought "f**k my life"...

Finnish trellising got fed up with tying 170 ends off by the end of the afternoon. Any bird that wants to fly through it is going to be good at aerobatics.
