So today I got to revisit an old friend:     My first encounter was a year ago when I damn near cut through her in a cavity in the underside of an ash branch in a nature reserve.

Took down a largish pine . Close to a house being refurbished . Scaffolding , heating oil tank , garage roof . Everything roped down . 'Kin hot . betty swallocks ! Friend of the family ...In and out ....Home .

Nice little job today, made a lot easier as we could get he chipper into the garden, all the cherry stayed and Angus the groundie took the spruce.

All done by 12.
